Amendment to this week’s pricing schedule for Egypt steel billet and rebar

Fastmarkets is amending its pricing schedule for Egyptian steel semis and longs for the week of March 12-19 2026, owing to the holiday declared for Eid al-Fitr.

The following prices will be published on Wednesday March 18, instead of their scheduled pricing day of March 19.

MB-STE-0516 steel billet, import, cfr Egypt, $ per tonne

MB-STE-0112 steel reinforcing bar (rebar), domestic, exw Egypt, E£ per tonne

Fastmarkets’ pricing holiday calendar has been updated to reflect these changes.
