27% VAT will be added as a total amount to your registration. VAT will not be split out from the ticket price. A VAT invoice will be issued once Hungarian VAT registration is completed.
For companies based in Hungary (with a Hungarian VAT number) Hungarian VAT will not apply. Please contact conferences@fastmarkets.com to arrange registration.
Group rates apply at checkout when you book 4 or more delegates together.
Questions
Super Early Bird pricing expires at midnight on May 22, 2026. After this date, all bookings will be processed at the Early Bird Rate of €2,099 per delegate or Standard Rate of €2,299 per delegate. The price increase is automatic and no exceptions can be made.
Your ticket covers full access to all Fastmarkets International Aluminium 2026 sessions across September 15 – 17, all official evening receptions, pre-bookable networking meetings via Swapcard, exhibition access, catering throughout, and post-event access to available presentation materials.
Group rates are applied at checkout when you book 4 or more delegates in a single transaction. For 4 or more delegates: €1,099 per person at Super Early Bird or €1,499 per person at Early Bird or €1,599 per person at Standard Rate. For groups of 5 or more, contact us directly for a tailored proposal. Group bookings cannot be split across separate transactions to qualify for the discount.
Discount codes can be entered at checkout. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per booking. Ensure your code is entered before completing your purchase as it cannot be applied retrospectively.
Yes. Attendance is subject to approval. Fastmarkets reserves the right to refund and decline attendance to any individual or organization deemed to be a competitor. We strongly advise potential competitors to seek written confirmation of eligibility from the event organizer prior to purchasing a ticket. Past attendance does not guarantee future approval.
Accommodation is not included in the ticket price. Delegates booking the official hotel will receive a discounted delegate room rate at the Budapest Marriott Hotel. Details are provided in your booking confirmation.
