Incorrect publication of Shanghai copper premiums

The publication of Fastmarkets’ assessments of the Shanghai copper premium on Tuesday May 12 were published early because of a procedural error.

The price assessments were not affected by the incorrect publication and the correct prices are showing on Dashboard.

The price was published at 12.33pm London time instead of the scheduled time of 3-4pm.

The following prices were published early:
MB-CU-0405 Copper grade A cathode premium, in-whs Shanghai, $ per tonne
MB-CU-0383 Copper grade A cathode ER premium, bonded in-whs Shanghai, $ per tonne
MB-CU-0382 Copper grade A cathode SX-EW premium, bonded in-whs Shanghai, $ per tonne
MB-CU-0403 Copper grade A cathode premium, cif Shanghai, $ per tonne
MB-CU-0380 Copper grade A cathode ER premium, cif Shanghai, $ per tonne
MB-CU-0384 Copper grade A cathode SX-EW premium, cif Shanghai, $ per tonne
