How we track your impact:

Terms and conditions for free passes and discounts

1. Eligibility:
The offer applies to all Coaltrans events: China, Asia, and India. The reward (50% off or free entry) can be used for any of these events.
To claim the reward, delegates must register contacts specifically through the designated form for Coaltrans China 2025.

2. Redemption deadline:
To claim the 50% discount, the ticket must be booked by December 31, 2025.

3. General conditions:
The discount or free entry is non-transferable and applicable only to the next edition of the chosen Coaltrans event.
No double discounts will be provided.
Participants who share the Gleanin banner will be informed after the event of the number of referrals attributed to them. This will determine whether they have met the required threshold (e.g., 5 or 10 referrals).
