These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites, apps and online services (together, the “Sites”) and the content made available through them (the “Content”). If you or your organization has entered into a written data license agreement with Fastmarkets (“Specific Terms”), those Specific Terms prevail to the extent of any conflict with these Terms. . We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Sites after any update constitutes acceptance of the changes. We recommend that you check this Site regularly for any updates.
If you have account credentials you must keep them confidential and not share them with any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials. Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use.
Subject to these Terms and any Specific Terms, you may access the Sites and view the Content for your internal business purposes only. Except where expressly permitted by Specific Terms or applicable law, you must not:
(a) access of attempt to access areas of the Sites you are not authorized to use;
(b) Use the Sites in any manner that could disable, overburden or impair its functionality;
(c) introduce any viruses, malware or other harmful material;
(d) copy, download, store, distribute, transmit, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any Content;

The Sites, Services and Content are owned by Fastmarkets or its licensors and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. ‘Fastmarkets’ and associated logos are trademarks of Fastmarkets or its licensors. You acquire no rights in the Sites, Services or Content other than the limited rights described in these Terms or any Specific Terms.
The Sites and Content are provided “as is” and “as available”. While we take reasonable care, we do not guarantee that the Sites or Content will be accurate, complete, up‑to‑date, uninterrupted or error‑free. The Content is for general information only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax or other professional advice. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the Content.
We may update and change the Sites from time to time and may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Sites for business and operational reasons. Where practicable, we will try to give you reasonable notice of any significant changes that affect paid Services.
Where the Sites contain links to third‑party websites, resources or services, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, their content or availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we exclude all implied warranties, representations and conditions; (b) we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential losses; and (c) for free access to the Sites, we have no liability to you arising under or in connection with these Terms.
You will indemnify Fastmarkets and its affiliates against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with (a) your breach of these Terms or any Specific Terms; (b) your misuse of the Sites or Content; or (c) any content you upload or share via the Sites.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sites immediately if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use poses a security or legal risk, or if required to do so by law or a regulator.
Neither party’s failure to enforce a provision is a waiver of its right to do so later. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in effect. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate. These Terms do not create any rights for third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. These Terms (and any Specific Terms) form the entire agreement between us regarding your access to the Sites.
These Terms and any non‑contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms were last updated on 30th January 2026 and, except from any Specific Terms, replace with immediate effect all previous terms and condition, communications, representations and arrangements, either written or oral.
