Amendment to publication timestamp of crude palm oil mill effluent, fob Malaysia and refined palm oil mill effluent, fob Indonesia: pricing notice

Fastmarkets has amended the publication timestamp of its crude palm oil mill effluent, fob Malaysia and refined palm oil mill effluent, fob Indonesia assessments.

This is to better reflect market activity and liquidity, which is closely linked to liquidity quotes in the palm and laurics markets.

The new specifications are as follows, with amendments in italics:

Quality: Free fatty acids (FFA) min. 30%, moisture, impurities and unsaponifiable matter (MIU) max. 3%, total fatty matter min. 95%, ISCC certified 
Quantity: 2000-5,000 metric tonne
Location: Port Klang, Pasir Gudang, Lahad Datu, FOB
Timing: Shipment 30-45 days ahead
Unit: USD/tonne
Publication: Weekly on Thursday, timestamped 6:00 pm Singapore time

AG-PLM-0036 Refined palm oil mill effluent, fob Indonesia
Quality: free fatty acids (FFA) max. 5%, moisture, impurities and unsaponifiable matter (MIU) max. 2%, total fatty matter min. 95%, ISCC certified 
Quantity: 2000-5,000 metric tonnes,
Location:  Dumai and Belawan, FOB
Timing: Shipment 30-45 days ahead
Unit: USD/tonne
Publication: Weekly on Thursday, timestamped 6:00 pm Singapore time

Fastmarkets has launched three weekly wheat freight rate assessments — Ukraine-Egypt, CVB-Egypt and Russia-Saudi Arabia — and has clarified that its existing Black Sea-North Africa freight assessment refers to the Russia-Egypt route and its Black Sea-Persian Gulf assessment refers to the Russia-Iran route.
