Amendment to the frequency of Rotterdam, Busan molybdenum prices

After a consultation period, Fastmarkets has amended the pricing frequency of its assessments for MB-FEO-0001 Ferro-molybdenum 65% Mo min, in-whs Rotterdam; MB-FEO-0003 Molybdenum drummed molybdic oxide 57% Mo min, in-whs Rotterdam; and MB-FEO-0004 Molybdenum MB drummed molybdic oxide Mo, in-whs Busan to daily, from twice weekly.

The change will allow Fastmarkets to better reflect the dynamics in these markets, in light of consistently high liquidity and volatility.

Fastmarkets did not receive any direct responses to this consultation, but has previously received extensive feedback from the ferro-alloys market supporting this change.

Effective Monday July 1, these prices will be published daily. Previously, they were published on Wednesdays and Fridays.
