Fastmarkets has corrected its price assessment for MB-STE-0112 Steel reinforcing bar (rebar) domestic, exw Egypt, E£/tonne and rationale, which was published incorrectly on Thursday November 20.

The lower end of the reinforcing bar (rebar) domestic, exw Egypt assessment was published incorrectly; E£33,300 per tonne was mistakenly carried over from the previous week. The correct lower end, as confirmed by market sources, should be E£31,500 per tonne. Fastmarkets’ pricing database and the relevant rationale has been updated to reflect this change.

This price is part of the Fastmarkets steel physical price package.
