Delayed publication of Chinese battery-grade lithium hydroxide, lithium carbonate price averages

The publication of Fastmarkets’ weekly and February monthly average for MB-LI-0040 lithium hydroxide monohydrate LiOH.H2O 56.5% LiOH min, battery grade, spot price range exw domestic China and MB-LI-0036 lithium carbonate 99.5% Li2CO3 min, battery grade, spot price range exw domestic China were delayed because of a back-end calculation error.

The February monthly average and weekly averages between February 15 and 28 for the two prices (MB-LI-0040 and MB-LI-0036) were not calculated because of the error. This delay did not affect the publication of the actual daily assessments.

Fastmarkets’ pricing database has been updated.

These prices are a part of Fastmarkets’ industrial minerals package.
