Launch of category 3 poultry meal, 65% pro and category 3 mixed meat and bone meal, 50% pro, ex works Eastern Europe

Fastmarkets has launched AG-PM-0015 category 3 poultry meal, 65% pro, exw Eastern Europe, €/tonne and AG-MBM-0026 category 3 mixed meat and bone meal, 50% pro, exw Eastern Europe, €/tonne on Friday November 7, 2025.

Following market feedback on the need for further transparency in the global animal protein market, Fastmarkets has launched two European prices assessments for category 3 poultry meal and mixed meat and bone meal on an Eastern Europe ex works basis, priced in Euros per tonne.

The European price assessments look to add further value to Fastmarkets’ animal protein global market coverage, expanding on current price assessments in the US, Brazil, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

The specifications of the new prices are as follows:

Quality: Minimum 65% protein
Quantity: Minimum 25 tonnes
Location: Eastern Europe, exw
Timing: Delivery within 30 days following the date of sale

Publication: Weekly, Friday, 3pm London time.

AG-MBM-0026 Category 3 mixed meat and bone meal, 50% pro, exw Eastern Europe, €/tonne
Quality: Minimum 50% protein
Quantity: Minimum 25 tonnes
Location: Eastern Europe, exw
Timing: Delivery within 30 days following the date of sale
Unit: EUR/tonne
Publication: Weekly, Friday, 3 pm London time.
