As part of Battery Raw Materials Shanghai 2026, registered delegates are invited to take part in an exclusive site visit offering rare, behind the scenes access to the EV production lines of NIO and SAIC Volkswagen.
This is a unique opportunity to see first hand how two of China’s most influential EV manufacturers operate at scale, translating policy, technology and supply chain integration into real world production.
• Direct insight into how China’s EV leaders manage materials sourcing, production efficiency and scale within a highly competitive market
• A visit to Shanghai Zall Steel E-commerce Supply Chain Management Center, including a briefing from Jiading District Government on the local automotive and industrial ecosystem
• Informal, pre conference networking with fellow senior delegates in an offsite, closed group setting

This site visit connects conference insights to real world execution, offering practical context to discussions around battery raw materials, EV manufacturing and global supply chains.
It also provides informal networking opportunities, giving attendees space to connect, exchange perspectives and build relationships outside the formal conference environment, before the main conference begins.
