Incorrect publication of aluminium scrap and secondary alloy prices

A group of nine Fastmarkets price assessments in the aluminium scrap sector were incorrectly published on Thursday July 16 because of an editorial error.

The prices were published at 16:00 London time on July 16, although the next publication should not have been until 16:00 London time on July 17.

The following prices were published incorrectly and have been removed:

MB-AL-0404 Aluminium scrap, clean production extrusions (6063), differential to LME, delivered consumer Europe, € per tonne

MB-AL-0405 Aluminium scrap, post-consumer 95/5 extrusions (6063), differential to LME, delivered consumer Europe, € per tonne

MB-AL-0426 Aluminium scrap, old sheet (Taint/Tabor), shredded and sorted, delivered consumer Europe, % of LME

MB-AL-0013 Aluminium scrap floated frag, delivered consumer Europe, € per tonne

MB-AL-0008 Aluminium scrap cast, delivered consumer Europe, € per tonne

MB-AL-0019 Aluminium scrap mixed turnings, delivered consumer Europe, € per tonne

MB-AL-0005 Aluminium pressure diecasting ingot DIN226/A380, delivered Europe, € per tonne

MB-AL-0387 Aluminium pressure diecasting ingot DIN230, delivered Europe, € per tonne

MB-AL-0388 Aluminium pressure diecasting ingot DIN239, delivered Europe, € per tonne.

These prices are all part of the Fastmarkets metals recycling package.
