Early publication of European HRC indices

Fastmarkets’ European hot-rolled coil indices were published earlier than scheduled due to an error on Tuesday October 15.

The price was published at 3:28pm London time instead of the scheduled time of 4pm.

The data submission window had already closed, and the data collection and price assessment were not affected by the early publication.

The following prices were published earlier:

MB-STE-0028 Steel hot-rolled coil index domestic, exw Northern Europe, €/tonne

MB-STE-0892 Steel hot-rolled coil index domestic, exw Italy, €/tonne

These prices are a part of the Fastmarkets Metals package.
