VIDEO: US rebar imports under the spotlight

The US Commerce Department's preliminary ruling in the rebar imports trade case appeared to be good news for Turkish and Mexican rebar exporters.

But if the final decision in the trade case goes against Turkey and Mexico, then Spain seems to be ready to step in.
