Eric Howald

Eric A. Howald is a lumber reporter and assistant editor at Fastmarkets. Howald joined Fastmarkets after more than 20 years as a managing editor and reporter at newspapers of varying sizes. His career includes some shorter stints in public relations at colleges and universities. Howald earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism at Auburn University and a master’s degree in creative writing at Antioch University – Los Angeles.
