When can I start online networking?

The online networking tool will go live two weeks before the event, and registered delegates will receive an email notification when it is available. All registered delegates need to be registered against their individual email address to access the online networking tool.

When do I receive the hotel booking link?

Once you have registered for the event you will receive an email confirmation, which will include the full hotel details and hotel booking link.

Payment via bank transfer

Up until 2 weeks prior to the event, we can register your delegates and send you an invoice to pay via bank transfer. Please send the following details to: conferences@fastmarkets.com

Cancellations

As per our terms and conditions, all cancellations by delegates must be received in writing no later than 28 days before the first day of the event for a full refund of delegate fees.

Delegate substitutions

Delegates are welcome to substitute the delegate name at any point. Please contact conferences@fastmarkets.com to make this change.
