Fastmarkets is offering two complimentary passes per qualifying end-user company to attend Middle East Iron & Steel 2025. These passes are strictly available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to approval.

Additional passes for approved companies are available at a fixed, non-negotiable rate of $499 + VAT per person are available to each qualifying company*.

We encourage all qualifying companies to apply early, as spaces are limited and in high demand.

The deadline to apply for an end-user pass is October 31.
No passes will be approved for applications submitted after the deadline and no passes will be available onsite during the event.

Applicant eligibility 

To qualify for a complimentary or discounted end-user pass, the individual applicant must meet the following criteria:

✔️ Applicants involved in the sale or trading of steel in any capacity are not eligible, regardless of role.

✔️ Must work within procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or product development, or be a C-suite executive responsible for one or more of these functions.

Company eligibility 

To qualify, the company must meet the definition of a steel consumer end-user, meaning its core business is the procurement or processing of steel-related products. Eligible sectors include: 

✔️ Construction 

✔️ OEM / Automotive 

✔️ Rail 

✔️ Port / Port Authorities 

✔️ Shipbuilding / Shipping

✔️ Freight / Logistics / Supply chain 

✔️ Renewable Energy

Companies that produce or sell steel in any capacity are not eligible.

*Passes are provided at the discretion of Fastmarkets. We reserve the right to refuse passes where we decide the applicant does not fit the criteria.
