1. Why has the location changed after 30 years?
For the first time in three decades, CT Asia is being hosted at a new venue to accommodate our growing community and provide a more modern, accessible space. We understand that change can be challenging, but the new location offers improved facilities and exciting new opportunities for networking and engagement.
2. Where is the new venue located?
CT Asia 2025 will take place at the InterContinental Bali Resort. Detailed directions and transport options will be provided closer to the event date.
3. Are there enough accommodations available?
Yes. We have reserved one room per registered delegate at the InterContinental Bali Resort. In addition, we’ve compiled a list of nearby hotels at various price points to ensure a range of options. We encourage attendees to book early to secure their preferred accommodation.
4. What other accommodation options are available?
Aside from the InterContinental, there are several hotels within walking distance or a short commute. You can DOWNLOAD THE FULL HOTELS LIST HERE (PDF)
5. How can I book my accommodation?
For the InterContinental Bali Resort, you will receive a booking link after you register for the event. This is the only way to access the reserved delegate rooms. For other hotels, you can book directly through the hotel’s website or your preferred travel platform.
6. How can I get to the venue?
We will provide guidance on local transport options, including taxis, rideshares, and public transit. Please check the event website closer to the date for details.
7. Who can I contact if I have more questions?
Details on how to request a visa invitation letter, along with other useful delegate information, are included in your confirmation email after registration.
8 What is the new ‘Visitor’ pass at CT Asia 2025?
The visitor pass is a new, free of charge, registration type that allows access to the exhibition and networking areas. It’s ideal for individuals who want to explore the event, connect with industry peers, and experience the atmosphere of CT Asia without joining the main conference sessions, event app, refreshments and everything else there is to offer.
9 Why is there a free visitor pass this year?
As part of our mission to make CT Asia more open and inclusive, we wanted to give everyone a chance to be part of the event, even if they’re not attending the full conference. Whether you’re new to the industry, a small business, or just curious about what’s happening, the visitor pass lets you get involved and start making connections.
10 What does a visitor pass include?
Visitor pass holders will have access to:
- – The main exhibition hall
- – The open networking lounge and casual seating areas
- – Refreshment zones, on a pay-per-item basis
It does not include access to:
- – Conference sessions or speaker panels
- – Ministerial roundtables or closed-door discussions
- – Hosted lunches, the parties, cocktail receptions or private events
Any areas not specifically included in the ‘visitor’ pass
11 Can I upgrade my visitor pass later?
Yes, you’re welcome to upgrade to a Networking Pass or Access All Areas VIP Pass at any time (subject to availability). Just contact our customer service team at conferences@fastmarkets.com or follow the upgrade instructions in your confirmation email.
12 Are visitor passes limited?
Yes, places are limited to help us manage space and ensure a high-quality experience for all attendees. We recommend registering early to avoid disappointment.
