FAQs

How do I collect my badge onsite?

Please come to the registration desk with the QR code you received by email. You’ll be able to scan it at one of our self-service machines to print your badge. Only one badge will be issued per person. Please note that badge sharing is not allowed.

What information will be displayed on my badge, and in what language? 

Badges will show your name, job title, and company in English. Our onsite registration staff will speak both English and Mandarin to assist all attendees. 

Will I receive a printed agenda or other materials?

All event materials will be available digitally. We will not provide printed copies of the agenda. The most up-to-date agenda will be available on the official event website.  

How can I network with other attendees?

Our dedicated event networking app – Swapcard, will be live two weeks before the event. In Swapcard, you can build your agenda, set up meetings and identify key people to connect with. Joining instructions will be sent closer to the event.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the venue?

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available.

What time does registration open each day?

23 September 5 pm – 7 pm  

24 September from 8 am  

25 September from 8 am  

Are meals or refreshments provided? 

Yes, tea, coffee and light snacks during the networking breaks, lunch each day.

Can I bring a colleague or guest with me?

All attendees must register individually to access the event. If a colleague or guest would like to join, they are welcome to register and pay for their pass through the official website. Please note that access to conference sessions, networking areas, and other event features is only available to registered participants.

What should I do if I lose my badge during the event? 

If you lose your badge, please go to the registration desk. We can reprint it for you, but you will need to present a valid photo ID.

China Visa-Free Entry Countries – The Full List!

Aside from reciprocal visa-free entry countries, China has continuously expanded its list of unilateral visa-free entry countries since last year.

On November 30th, 2024, China announced that it will extend visa-free entry to citizens from nine additional countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Japan, Latvia, Malta, Montenegro, North Macedonia & Romania), and extend the visa-free stay period from the current 15 days to 30 days.

Below an overview of both unilateral and reciprocal visa-free entry countries.

Europe

*Ordinary passport holders from the following countries may enter China visa-free for 30 days for business, tourism, family visit, exchange, and transit purposes.
