Fastmarkets has amended the specifications of its weekly payable indicators for black mass in South Korea to better reflect the materials being traded in the country’s import spot market.

Fastmarkets has corrected its price assessment for European high-carbon ferro-chrome, basis 60-64.9% Cr, which was published incorrectly on Tuesday July 11 due to a reporter error.

Fastmarkets has corrected its steel scrap punchings and plate, broker buying price, fob Cleveland (MB-STE-0653) and its steel scrap punchings and plate, consumer buying price, delivered mill Pittsburgh (MB-STE-0598), both of which were published incorrectly on Monday July 10 due to an input error.

Fastmarkets advises that some monthly regional ferrous scrap markets have not settled for July. Fastmarkets typically settles these markets on or before the 10th of each month.

Fastmarkets will reinstate one quarterly US titanium price based on market feedback. The consultation period for four other delisted US titanium prices also remains open.

Fastmarkets RISI invited feedback from the industry on the pricing methodology for Global Pulp, via an open consultation process between May 26 and June 26, 2023.
