Correction to Australia, Brazil alumina FOB indices on June 25

Fastmarkets has corrected its MB-ALU-0002 alumina index, fob Australia and its MB-ALU-0010 alumina inferred index, fob Brazil, which were published incorrectly on Tuesday June 25 due to a back end calculation error.

MB-ALU-0002 Alumina index, fob Australia, $/tonne was published in error as $506.90 per tonne. This has now been corrected to $506.91 per tonne.

MB-ALU-0010 Alumina index inferred, fob Brazil, $/dmt was published in error as $532.94 per dry metric tonne. It has been corrected to $532.95 per dmt.

Fastmarkets’ pricing database has been updated to reflect these changes.

These prices are part of the Fastmarkets base metals package.
