Launch of Fastmarkets Mexican non-ferrous scrap, alloys prices

Fastmarkets launched a suite of non-ferrous scrap and alloy price assessments to serve the Mexican domestic markets on Monday June 2.

This strategic launch comes after an extensive period of targeted market engagement and overwhelming feedback that a separation in US and Mexican pricing was facilitating demand for Mexican domestic assessments for non-ferrous secondary material, taking advantage of Fastmarkets’ decade-long position of primacy in Mexican domestic ferrous scrap pricing.
