Metal Bulletin has corrected its assessment for aluminium billet, cif Japan duty-unpaid over MJP ingot and LME cash pay, which was published incorrectly onFriday August 31. The assessment should have been published on Friday October 19.
Metal Bulletin is amending the issue and the price book will be corrected accordingly.
The frequency of Metal Bulletin’s assessments of aluminium billet premiums in Europe, the United States and Brazil was recently increased and the publication calendar was adjusted. Yet, the cif Japan billet premium assessment publication schedule was unchanged, and will continue to be published on a quarterly basis.
