Glencore has appointed BMO Capital Markets to arrange the sale or explore partnerships for its entire wholly-owned zinc, lead and silver mining portfolio in South America, according to several sources and documents viewed by Fastmarkets.

Fastmarkets used the London Metal Exchange base metals prices at 09:44 GMT for the arbitrage calculations on Thursday June 9, because there was no data available at 08:00 GMT due to a system error.
