Amended publication time for western GMA pallets

Fastmarkets has pushed the publication cadence for its new series of pallet prices from the third Wednesday of each month to the last Wednesday of each month.

The next assessment will be published Wednesday, September 25.

Pallet price specifications are as follows:

Size: 48×40 inches

Species: Western softwood

Location: delivered Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Dallas, Seattle, Los Angeles

Grades: GMA A-Grade

Unit: US dollars per pallet

Payment terms: Cash terms, no discounts included

Publication: Monthly, last Wednesday of each month, 3:00 p.m. PT

Note: Prices are reported in a range

The pallet price series will initially be available as part of the wood products package on the Fastmarkets platform. They will also be published via a monthly email newsletter and on the Fastmarkets website.

Pallet prices are assessed in alignment with the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) best standards for price reporting agencies (PRAs).
