Amy Hinton

Amy is the North American recycled metals editor at Fastmarkets and oversees the pricing, market development and coverage of ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless scrap as well as the alternative irons markets in the region. Having joined Fastmarkets in early 2019, Amy has worked on the base metals team in London with a particular focus on nickel and secondary aluminium before becoming a senior reporter on the US ferrous scrap team in back November 2020. Prior to her tenure at Fastmarkets she worked as an analyst for a series of international banks in London.
