Ronnie currently serves on the advisory board of Calysta, USA and as lead aquaculture consultant with the US Grains Council. He acts as a mentor at Hatch – an aquaculture startup accelerator and serves on the shrimp working group with the Aquaculture Stewardship Council. Ronnie stepped down as Vice-President at Blue Archipelago – the largest integrated shrimp enterprise in Malaysia, responsible for downstream operations and corporate strategy. He was Executive Director and board member at Regal Springs Group – the largest tilapia integrator in the world. He co-led the sale of the company. He started his career building the aquaculture feed division in the Gold Coin Group – a major feed company in Asia. An aquaculturist by training, he has nearly 40 years’ experience in general and technical management. Ronnie, who is Malaysian, read Environmental Biology at King’s College, University of London and obtained his MSc. in Aquaculture from University of Stirling.

Daniele started her career in agriculture in 2002, as a reporter and editor for AgRural, a consultancy based in Paraná, Brazil. After a break in 2005-2006, when she worked for the newspaper Folha de S.Paulo, Daniele assumed AgRural’s market intelligence service for corporate clients and helped establish the consultancy’s office in the United States. Nowadays, Daniele leads AgRural’s fundamental analysis team and is in charge of their international service “Brazilian Update”. Daniele holds a BA in Journalism and two MBAs (Agribusiness and Economic Development) from the Federal University of Paraná, Brazil.

Having started his professional career at Alfred C Toepfer International in 1993, he continued his activities in such international trading companies as Louis Dreyfus Company, Armajaro Asset Management, Risoil Group, State Food Company (Ukraine) and Astarta-Kyiv. Having gained profound experience and understanding of export from different perspectives, in 2019 Cezary joined the Board of Directors of MK Merchants SA and is responsible for the company’s business expansion and development.

Tim is a co-founder and director of the company, who has joint responsibility for the strategic direction of the company. A former director at S&P Global Platts, Tim led the agriculture reporting team that was instrumental in the development of the Black Sea swaps market and has been at the forefront of price reporting for 10 years. He was also responsible for Platts’ benchmark biofuels assessments, including global ethanol benchmarks. Before moving into agriculture, Tim was an oil market pricing expert focusing on the European refined product markets.
